Good Stay
The recently renovated rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The staff at the reception, especially Imran was very helpful. the location and proximity to high street Kensington and the park was a plus!
The older rooms need renovation. The base category room felt much smaller than show in in the images. It felt like we had no space even for our luggage.

I would definitely choose it again.
Our stay was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is a 5 minute walk from Hight Street Kensington station. The room (Royal Deluxe Studio) was very comfortable and spacious (nearly renovated). You enjoy your breakfast, overlooking Hyde Park. Everyone was very helpful.
